Mark D. Drasites is a Partner at Lusk, Drasites & Tolisano, P.A., a Southwest Florida law firm dedicated to representing individuals and families in times of need. A Fort Myers native, Mark has deep roots in the community and a lifelong connection to the firm—having been around LDT since he was young.

Before entering the legal profession, Mark built a successful career in Washington, D.C., working in software project management for ExxonMobil, one of the world’s largest corporations. In that role, he helped design and implement complex global platforms supporting trading, shipping, refining, and distribution operations. His work frequently intersected with regulatory compliance and risk management, giving him early exposure to the legal and liability considerations that influence major business decisions.

Motivated by this experience, Mark pursued his law degree at the University of Florida Levin College of Law, where he focused on civil litigation and tort law. During law school, he represented underserved clients who lacked access to traditional legal resources. This hands-on advocacy shaped his commitment to helping individuals—not corporations—navigate difficult legal challenges.

Mark joined Lusk, Drasites & Tolisano, P.A. in 2015 and began practicing across multiple areas of law, including family law, real estate, personal injury, and civil litigation. Over time, he developed a strong passion for personal injury law, where he could make a direct and meaningful impact on clients’ lives following serious accidents and injuries.

Through his work, Mark has seen firsthand how insurance companies often prioritize profits over people—especially when individuals are unrepresented or underrepresented. He is committed to leveling the playing field, aggressively advocating for his clients, and ensuring they receive the full compensation and respect they deserve.

Today, Mark focuses his practice primarily on personal injury cases, including auto accidents, slip and falls, and premises liability claims. He is known for his strategic approach, strong work ethic, and unwavering dedication to achieving the best possible outcomes for his clients. Mark has earned the respect of clients, colleagues, and opposing counsel alike for his professionalism and integrity.

Outside the office, Mark enjoys spending time with his wife, Lauren, and their three sons. Whether on the golf course, out fishing, snowboarding, or simply enjoying the outdoors, he values an active lifestyle and quality time with his family.

He is actively involved in and contributes to numerous organizations in our community, such as Coastal Conservation Association of Florida, Community Cooperative, American Heart Association Heart Ball, Alliance for the Arts and Edison Pageant of Light
