
Gary Rhodes
Gary was born and raised in southern West Virginia. He completed an undergraduate degree in Psychology at West Virginia University and completed his Juris Doctorate at the University of Arkansas – Little Rock.
Upon being licensed to practice law, Gary began his legal career as an Assistant State Attorney for the 20th Circuit. For almost two years, Gary conducted numerous jury trials and was responsible for managing a criminal docket exceeding two-hundred cases.
After gaining valuable experience at the State Attorney’s Office, Gary moved on to exclusively practice family law at a firm in Naples, FL.
Now, Gary is excited to bring his diverse experience to Lusk, Drasites & Tolisano, where he will practice in the areas of criminal, family and general civil litigation. With his representation, clients can be assured that they will receive candor, passionate representation, innovative problem solving and someone who truly cares about the outcome.
In his spare time, Gary enjoys playing the guitar, reading a good book, watching sports, traveling to interesting places and spending time with his family.
