My wife and I were involved in a 3-car accident in March of this year. We were rear-ended and pushed into the car in front of us. This was the first car accident we had been a party to that had required us to seek medical care. Once we had depleted our PIP (personal injury) no-fault insurance, we sought legal advice from Lusk, Drasites and Tolisano to help limit our personal exposure to medical costs related to the car accident. We spoke with one of the firm’s partners, Mark Drasites. After thoroughly reviewing our case, Mark told us that we should expect all of our medical costs to be covered by the insurance carrier representing the person that struck our vehicle as well as our own insurance carrier. This was a new experience for my wife and me, one that Mark and his legal assistant Rebecca Davis made simple as could possibly be.
