Bio
Eve M. McClurg has been a member in good standing in the State of Florida since 2004 and in the State of New York since 2010. She is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida, is an active member of the Florida Bar Family Law Section, Rules and Forms Committee and the Young Lawyers Division. Eve McClurg is also a Professor at Edison State College.
McClurg attended the State University of Buffalo where she was a member of Psi Chi and graduated magna cum laude with her bachelor degree in Psychology. In 2004, she graduated with her Juris Doctorate at Ohio Northern University. Her primary areas of trial practice include litigation involving family law, contract disputes, real estate and personal injury.
